I talked to a coworker of mine after the never-text.info fiasco and got inspired to build an unlike tool since Facebook doesn’t have one. So I bring to you UnlikeStuff.com.
Before you check out the site, I’m a web developer. I’m by no means a designer in any way shape or form. The site was thrown together in my spare time.
I have a lot of ideas in-store for the site and I’ll try to make them when I can. But until then, enjoy.
I was never big on open ended games growing up. I preferred to play games that had a strict goal at hand. Save the moon, beat the bad guy, save the world. Typical Rpgs. When i started working at Game Stop I learned about Fable. The game was just released and the main tagline was “choose your own adventure”. Thought it sounded kinda cool. I bought the Xbox and 13 hours of game play later, the game was complete and I already had a good idea what the adventure would have been if I chose to be evil.
I won’t deny that I was disappointed i spent 250 bucks to play the game. I wasn’t big into Halo yet, so I felt like I had made a pretty big mistake. My brother showed me a game he had that he enjoyed. It was Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The map size is approximately 10 square miles and there are tons of quests to do. I put about 40 hours into just the thieves guild.

Never-Text.info is running a nice little click scam. They got me, but I like to think I’m clever when it comes to using firebug. I dug through and actually copied their “like” button iframe. I uploaded a page so that you can actually see the page and unlike it.
Don’t believe their 1 mil hype. There were only 200K likers when I checked.
I was fortunate enough to get a new laptop at work the past week. I had a friend point me to Ninite.com. Go to their site, select the apps you want on your PC, download their installer and run the installer after its done downloading.
The installer will install the first application that is fully downloaded and continue downloading the other applications. It took a while to install the 30 apps I wanted, but I never had to do anything after running the installer. The absolute best part is that no toolbars are installed!
